The caption attached to the reverse of this print reads: 'The compact little estate, with its Dower Cottage, from the water. Behind the small jetty is a fish pond departmented fish and lobster'. The reverse of the print is stamped with the photographers details: 'Photo - Frederick L. Hamilton, 315 8th Avenue, Pelham 65, New York, Negative Number' (no number given).
